6 red or green grapes, quartered (12 slivers per tartine)

Instructions
Place the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and a few pinches of salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the arugula and toss to coat.
Spread the hummus evenly over each of the bread slices. Top evenly with the chicken, grapes, arugula, and feta.
